I've never been able to cut someone's players if they are active but am starting to think maybe this is a soft approach. I sometimes want to cut players when I see their build is falling apart. For example, slow DBs. Anybody ever cut a player from a PeeWee team just because their build sucked?

It's rough because you can't sign a dot at the same level

nope never have had to, but I have wanted to...

best thing is make sure you have solid build plans and urge people to follow them. PM them their specific plans if you have to.

Cut em before they get XP, and it is no problem to replace them... You can always build a player in the offseason.

if they dont allow the coaching staff to see build. i ask and if they dont open i cut them. if it is starting to get crappy i ssend them a pm with the team build guide if they dont change they get taken off the depth chart.

i had to do it last season, i cut one in the middle of the season because of bad build, and i benched one for a few games til he opened his build and got it fixed

it hurt a little but it helped in the long run


i wished that if you were the owner of the team you could see the build no matter how it was set

LE used to roll an entire team even though only a handful of his players would be on the team. If somebody's build wasn't up to snuff during preseason he would cut the player and replace with his guy.
