I do agree with this. The West is very top-heavy. The East has what will likely be 10-12 teams fighting for a playoff spot with 5 or 6 teams able to win in the playoffs. Honestly, a lot may depend on how the OOC matchups end up.

who the heck are the generals?

the West looks strong at the top, with a team like the Generals who very nearly won a really tough Regional Pro conference last season

but the bottom really drags them down. DDL and Dpride haven't shown much of anything outside of the 4 combined rings. I don't even remember the last time they nearly won a Regional Pro trophy
