For the teams in the western conference, this is the thread to post your players Stats and Highlights that you want to nominate for the Pro Bowl.
Ideally keep your own players stats and highlights in one post and re edit it each game to update it.
We have a few Voters (one from each team) would like a few more, and they will Vote inbetween the Confernece Title game and the League Title Game for the Western Conference Pro Bowl.
Much is still open but I would like as our final Pro Bowl Roster.

3 TEs
3 OTs These will be the toughest to vote on IMO

Obviously the Top vote getter will be 1st string and so on... Also this is just what I would like, it might be easier to knock off the Oline number from 3 to 2, as with the DLine but again that for us to decide.
The Main reason I want to do just the Western Confernece is it will much easier to run and maybe get more ivolved. I hope the Eastern Conference does something like this too.
I said this in PMs I sent the owners, during the seasonm be Biased when posting your players Stats and Highlights, but after the season ends, start looking at other players Stats and Highlights to get a more objective view. Also try and choose a Voter who can be objective, we are choosing our scout who knows the other teams players better than the rest of us.
Any Questions or Ideas of our own to make this better and run more smooth please feel free to PM me. I would like to keep this thread almost exclusivly about Players and thier Stats and Highlights for the Pro Bowl.
As much as I would like to have a single criteria for all Voter, I think its best if each Individual Voter has thier own Criteria, One Might base thier vote on Stats alone, One might base it off stats vs Winning teams, or one might have a combination of a few things.
