What are the first 3 attributes that I should concentrate on.
Is speed important in the first few seasons. I want him to be mainly a scrambler.

Speed is never really a good option for the first attribute.
Typically people like to go in this order: Throwing, Agility, Vision/Speed. Vision and speed are pretty much interchangeable and in some cases you could go Agility first.
