Where should i put the additional SA for my CE at level 32?

I learned the hard way. I added HBC% to one of my OL, then rolled 2 great pieces of HBC% equipment. Now I either have to waste the flex to replace the CE or waste one of my CE upgrades for an extra 0.75% HBC.

Speaking of which, I need to decide whether to buy one season equipment with custom bonus in +6% fake chance, +3% pass quality, or +4 to an SA on my quarterback. So glad the MVP equipment had +20% pass distance instead of pass quality.
