Retire, remake your guy on day 41. Take speed to 85 without eq. (But put all your eq into speed.)Take ability to 81-83. Take tackle to 77. Take strength to 77. Take vision to 68.
Unlock quad training ASAP. Upgrade speed x3 as well.

The leagues are setup by age. They are capped. If you went on you'd be playing aginst older dots due to being older then you are suposta be. Created on day 41 is ideal.
