I'd like to offer my services as DC to a team(s) that needs assistance in taking the next step to Gold.
I have 5 seasons under my belt and built up my DAI through those experiences in Minors to Pro's.
(No Casual teams,please.Just Minors and up with full AI.)
Running a 4/3, I'm looking for a Defense that has a strength based D-line,very active LB's,fast M2M CB's and Safeties that can hold their own Zone.
Besides what sounds like a basic rundown of a GLB Defense,I have my own concepts on what I'd like to see from a certain D and will place all dots where they need to be per my formation/down.
No favorites here, and the best dot for that position will start.In actives are not my game either.
I don't have any fancy wordings to say to convince you,no BS to feed you.
What I want to do is coach your D and make them better as a unit.This I can guarantee with willing and able dot builders.
