These are the VAs I am considering:
Clutch, Awe Inspiring, Nerves of Steel, Comeback Kid, Soft Hands, Sure Hands, High Jumper, Track Star, Steady Grip, Ball Hawk, Clutch, Second Wind, Prime Time Player, Red Zone Freak...
I only have 15 reset points, so I might take some from QF and some from YAC. The reason is that he doesn't seem to break that many tackles, so I want to concentrate more on catching and running, and if he gets tackled he gets tackled. I've always been anti-Sure Hands VA, but Bort's last Q and A made me rethink that a bit.
Because he's a great downfield WR, I was leaning towards Comeback Kid, but because it only triggers when you are behind it isn't a great every play VA.
I'm not big on clutch, so I think that one is down there for the same reasons, but with even less hard evidence it works.
I would consider splitting it up between nerves of steel and something like awe inspiring (make his catch fake and the QBs pump fake work more often against the lowered vision coverage).
I'm hesitant to pick PTP or RZF because I have a TE that is going to have 15 points in both and there aren't that many opportunities to just pass it in those zones to justify adding it to another player, and if I did it would likely be a PR not a speedster.
Attribute boosts like increasing catching and speed are interesting options because they work in all situations, but their benefit aren't as high as the benefit granted by the situational VAs.
Thoughts?
