Id take SPD to 83 natural, and then open it up as an option with 4x multi training. Keep multi training SPD till it is 90+.

as you currently have it set up, i would unlock SPD, VIS and TCK(and enhance them at least 20% each) Get SPD to 83 and then keep multi training SPD/VIS/TCK and rotate your 4th between STA/JMP/STR/CON while you take AGI to 83. You want to make sure you end up with near 100 natural spd, 90 natural agi and 85 natural vis
