Not talking about the % suffix or the +3 prefix, you bought that, you own that, and you have to live with that. You should however be able to reset the individual attribute upgrades during preseason like you can with standard EQ. Do not refund bonus tokens however unless the piece is sold. Rather, have it behave like the standard EQ reset in that you can move the attribute upgrades around during preseason only.

If you reset the upgrades to strength, the piece would become +3 agility, +10 Strength and +15% Break Block. The prefix and suffix don't change, just the upgrades.
