Alright, so here is the sales pitch

make a button that the player can request a breech of contract (meaning releasing the player for those who don't know) and the owner can confirm it. With this option, it could only take 1 moral or no moral away. (this would be very beneficial to team owners who fill their team with their players, then sign other agent's players and need to release their players.)

I am going to go -1 for the simple reason that people moving a ton of players around need to take a morale hit and chemistry hit. I know this is not the NFL but when teams have alot of turnover usually those teams take a little while to gel together.

I didn't know a player's morale was penalized for being released from a team.

make it to where a player can request to be released through the team, to where they can breach their contract and not be stuck on a team they don't want to be on just because the owner doesn't want to hurt their teams chem.

Owners with loyal agents would just use this all the time instead of an actual release.
