I was reading a thread on my teams forum, and it was called Endorsements. One person posted that a lvl 70 got a +1 to speed. At that level, a +1 to anything, to me just is not a big deal, maybe to a low level player, but not to a lvl 70.

So I would like to introduce a new and improved endorsement deal

Level 1 - 10 = +1 to attribute
11 - 20= +2
21 - 30 = +3

Or something that is worthwhile other than a +1 to older players.

Sounds like one of the local (read: lowest) endorsements. The trick would be to increase it in a way that doesn't make it -- or the national/corporate endorsements, which are higher -- overpowered. Maybe +1 up to level 24, +2 up to level 48. and +3 beyond that?

I think this is already implemented. Endorsements get better as you move up in the league tiers.
