Went: Str 81, Agi 83, Spd 83.
Have tack at 68. Is that enough or should I go 72?
How high should vision go? Read about 68, but wanted to hear more opinions.

It depends on what you want the rest of your build to be. You definitely want to take vision to 68 though. With that build you should have enough SPs for a lot of SAs.

According to almost everybody I talked to, 68 vis should be ok.

heard different opinions on tackling though: some said 73, others 77. I'm not sure if the 77 in tackling would hurt in terms of SAs though.

What are the consensus SAs for a strength DE? I have 5 in Break Thru thanks to an AEQ.
Thought about Shed Block & Strong Base, but how high should they go to be effective?

Shed block and strong base maxed at 10-12 with EQ. If you have added 5 points to Break Thru then it is done outside of boosting EQ to get it into the aforementioned range.
