Looking to OC any team that meets these requirements:

-No Casual
-Active Owner (doesnt pass on a good message to the rest of the team if the owner is MIA)
-At least 50 Man Roster (no excuses)
-75% Boosters and CEQ (if you want to be competitive then this is a no brainer)
-Good DC (Proof will be in the previous results)

Im haveing alot of problems getting my team in the right direction, it is a peewee team.I dont want to up and leave, can't you please help?

you need a bigger and better roster, stick it out this season and recruit more players for next season.
