Simple suggestion. When you go to the login page:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/login.pl
The focus should be in the user name box by default. So that you can just type, instead of clicking in the box first. I don't know about others, but I log in pretty much at least half a dozen times each day, so it would be pretty helpful.

There are a whole lot of usability issues in this game. +1 along with all the rest of the suggestions along these lines.
