On with the picks:

ALPHA

-- Copenhagen Dragons v Paris – AM
The Dragons aren’t having quite the year I had expected them to have, but the next 2 weeks should get them back on the right track. They face off against an overmatched Paris team that looks to be headed to AAA at the end of the season.

-- Blackpool Mountain Lions v Nice Dauphins
Blackpool is another team that looks destined to be relegated at season’s end. The Dauphins should win this game pretty easily

-- Valhalla Vikings v London Monarchs
The Monarchs travel to face off against the Vikings who sit just ahead of them in the standings. Both teams had big wins last week and hope to continue the momentum going into the second half of the regular season. Valhalla will win a close one here.

-- Lyon Sharks v Stuttgart Nighthawks
The Sharks have beat up on the bottom 3 teams in Alpha. I see them making that the bottom 4 teams.

-- AWC v Woodridge Lumberjacks
Big game this week for both teams. AWC has been looking forward to this game since their 2 point loss to the Woo-jacks last season. They hope to reverse their fortunes this week against a Lumberjack squad that got rolled by Berlin last week. Woodridge bounces back this week and disappoints the wrecking crew for a second year in a row.

-- E-City Mercs v FTA
Two very evenly matched teams go at it, and E-City will come out on top.

-- Lake Charles Who Dats v Glastonbury Knights
The top ranked Who Dats will win easily here.

-- Berlin Blitzkrieg v Wembley Warriors
Berlin will make it 8 wins in a row this week by defeating a strong Warriors team that is fighting for a playoff spot.

ZETA

-- Oslo Berserkers v Paris Musketeers
Paris continues its win streak against an Oslo team that got beat on by Korb last week.

-- SOUTH TEXAS TIGERS v DFools Allstars
Relegation battle. Either team could be headed down at the end of the season, a win here could save one from that fate. TIGERS will win.

-- Frankfurt HEAT v Oxford Eagles
Frankfurt will take this one, although Oxford is solid and could prove to be up to the challenge.

-- Multiple Scorgasms v Rotterdam Roughnecks
The Roughnecks come in and beat the Scorgasms handily here. The Scorgasms can’t seem to put up any points against decent competition. They need to figure out their offense or they will be out of the playoff picture.

-- Rohrheim Stampede v Korb Destroyers
Although Rohrheim lost last week, they will right the ship this week with a win over a Korb team that I see being outmatched here.

-- Helsinki Horned Frogs v MA Trolls
Trolls take out their frustration on a dreadful Helsinki team.

-- Valencia Billy Goats v Bari Barracudas
Valencia will take this one easily.

-- Reykjavik Aggies v SGPO
Reykjavik squeaked by the Trolls last week and now they stomp on the SGPO.

Would like to know why you think we are outmatched in this game? Comparing the roster I see now difference between the Stampede and our Team.

It was not a slight toward your team. You guys have a very good squad. I just see them stronger than you by 1 full level, and statistically they have been better on total offense and defense. I really don't have much else to go on, that's just the way i see it.

They only put up 206 total offense today!

For starters we have the same level 20,92 on both teams, their backups are just a little bit better than ours, thats true.

They are the champions and we would be very proud if we are able right now to deliver a hard fight against them.

btw I realy enjoy reading your picks every weak, I wish I had a little bit more time to be more activ in the forum.

What predictions from the all-mighty spreadsheet?

Being the owner of the TIGERS i would like to borrow some of what you are smoking or even better what youre drinking because you are mixing it really strong but i do hope that we continue to get better as the season goes along!

Here is what the projections say, once again, these are not my picks but is solely calculated based on previous results, and I am not even familiar with the formulas used.

For two games the projected score is actually slightly different depending on which team you look at, the winner is the same in either case though. Not sure where the error is, will have to take a closer look tomorrow. These are the different predictions:

Just so you know saint, if I wouldve actually set tactics and scouted and started all our starters you guys would not have won. Be happy you squeaked out a win against us, it wont happen again.
