Once again I am watching a replay and see the guy I assigned to man cover a RB instantly sprinting to his secondary assignment the moment the ball is snapped, only to then have to turn around and come back to the RB as he comes out on his route, which of course leaves the RB wide open for a pass.
This has happened so often thats its really driving me nuts Whats the point of secondary assignments and weak side strong side RB coverage if they screw up the defense?
PLEASE make a defender in man coverage on a RB actually wait to see if the RB is running a route before moving to the secondary assignment.
And before you blame the dot, the dot in this instance has a vision of 82.
Heres the current example, but its happened many many times - the LOLB is man cover HB strong then secondary to a strong side zone. He goes straight to the zone.

EDIT
As suggested below, if this is not a bug to be fixed but rather a design choice, then could we at least have a say in the form of a slider bar? Similar to the aggression slider, you could choose to spend more time eyeballing your man assignment to see if he is running a route or not, or less. The more you look the slower you are to move to your next assignment.
