This might sound stupid but i think that the agent of the players should be able to transfer cash in to another one of his players bank roll for example if you wanna buy equipment for a player that was just created you as the agent should be able to transfer funds thats how i feel.

cash has no value other than moral... if you wanted to be able to transfer moral or something, that would lead to massive abuse of the system
