Cards you can buy at Wal-Mart, that has Flex Points on it. I mean hell they got them for everything (Playstation, XBox, iTunes, etc).

Some people don't have credit cards, or don't want to use it online.

It is not feasible currently (legal, cost, production, finding sales locations etc.)

You can, however, buy a pre-paid visa card at Wal-Mart (or any large box store) and use it to buy flex the same way you would a credit card.
