if you were normally a starter and one game you are not starting i think that there should be an alert sent out to the the player to inform him, also if a new member joins the team and he also plays in your players position i think that you there should be an alert tell the person that... now others might say you should just check the depth chart but i think that this is a more convenient way

-1 this isn't needed if a coordinator is worth anything it doesn't matter if your player is starting or not you should get roughly the same amount of plays.

when I read this title I thought that it would be some sort of alert that the owner could set up to be sent to the new dot's agent, with things like "check this thread for tactics: <link>" etc etc
but I'm afraid I have to agree with those above me, don't think something like this is needed
