As it stands now, on a Matchup page, under the DEFENSE STATS section, the last entry is for Points Allowed. This is currently set up to show the total points that has been scored against the team by all opponents to date. Regardless of whether that team's defense was on the field. This is a misleading statistic.
For example. One of the team's I DC for has had 13 points scored against us. Two field goals and an interception that was returned for a TD. Our defense was not on the field when that TD was scored, so why should it be credited to the defense? It makes the Points Allowed statistic wrong.
While I haven't done the math, I suspect that the Points Scored stat under OFFENSE STATS also includes any points scored by the defense.
And no, that does not even things out!
I'm just trying to get credit where credit is due.
