Warrior General Games

this game is a role playing game based on american football, and right now the balance of the game swings despairingly towards the role playing aspect. The game needs to move back in the direction of football.

One of the most visual ways to do it is by updating the graphics of the sim. The dots need to be replaced. If when you looked at replays you actually saw your player with a helmet with his teams logo on it move his appendages and actually do football things you'd retain more of the football fans that started playing this game only to realize that this game is just an rpg.

What GLB has now is a user base built off of the incredibly small cross niche market of people into football and rpg's. You could grow your user base if you could hook more people that are into football.

yes you guys are right. making a football based simulation actually look like football instead of a dot that has a line coming out of what you can only perceive as his face is ludicrous and stupid. I mean being able to watch you qb drop back and throw a football like you can do while watching the game live, or on tv, or any major football video game franchise is just idiotic.

seriously man if you do not like the game leave. this is a Beta game not freaking madden if you want madden then play madden simple as that.

where did I say I want to play madden? the graphics for this game are way out of date. I have better video game graphics on my cell phone. why are so many people against updated graphics?

I've played beta's for many games. all beta means is unfinished product. not we HAVE to have graphics from pre 8 bit console era for the entire existence of the game. I do believe this is the suggestion forum, for suggestions on how to make the BETA version of the game better and bring it closer to the finished product. this suggestion clearly would be a marked improvement.

I'd like to see 3D dots, with little shadows.

I am not against updated graphics. I just think the way you are trying to act to get a point across is childish. calling out the Mods and starting crap over the FFA I mean come on. you know you will not garner anyones backing acting like a child.

just pointing out flaws in the system.

there are alot better ways to discuss something you see as a flaw. usually calling out the Mods and getting a bunch of threads locked isn't the best way to do it. but again I will say I would like to see better graphics. but I know with better graphics will come a higher price to play the game and that will cut the user base to a point that there aren't enough paople playing to keep the game running. we all know what the game is and what to expect out of the Dots for the most part.

so the idea of better graphics is a nice thought I personally don't think the higher cost to play the game is worht having it.
