So Basically I did some rolling for some equpment. Before I invest in them check out my player build

I rolled +1 Shed Block SA and 2 +1 Change Direction SA AEQs. Should I keep them?? My guy is a solid agi pass rushing DE. Thoughts?

You should not be rolling yet, and no do not keep either unless they have a useful +3 atribute as well. Wait till 60+ roll, you will be wasting far to many BT....trust me i know. Fight the urge and wait, build 1 piece from scratch, maybe a second if you have a cheap piece to make that isn't 5%, but rather SA, and keep them maxed out, save the rest of the BT for 60+.
