Add An Option where a Team Owner can Designate a GM who can Schedule Scrimmages.

Currently only the Owner or the Co-Owner can Schedule Scrimmages (Including Quick Scrimmages). It would be nice if the Owner/Co-Owner could designate another person as able to schedule Scrimmages, or Quick Scrimmages.

The Flex Cost would initially come out of the Flex Bank of a Team, and any further scheduled game would come out of the person who scheduled it.

I don't think this will happen due to the fact it involves flex.

True but it involves the flex of the person choosing the sim, or the flex bank which is already by definition donated flex.

I think thats pretty harmless.

good luck with this. they still got their panties in a bunch over letting the Co schedule the stupid FREE GLB tourneys also. and gives us a lame azz excuse that really dont make any sense anymore.
