Everyone has had some time to digest BortCo's latest & greatest and this season will
either be a nice addition or a messy mistake. The jury is still out
Western Conference Standings
Chicago Hedgehogs -Season 25 US Pro team: The Hogs could be heir to the throne, they
made the Conference Championship only to lose by 25 to Vancouver.
Prediction: #1: 15-1: Conference runner up
Monmouth Evil Monkeys -Season 25 US Pro team: 12-4 through season 25 with a 2nd round
loss to the eventual USA Pro Champion Vancouver Lions.
Prediction: #2: 14-2: Conference Champs
5th Masterminds -Season 25 US Pro team: Season 24 saw a 14 - 2 only to be bounced by
the Stormwind City Gryphons in the 1st round of the playeoffs. While this could be
a top 4 contender, 2 straight 1st round losses in 2 straight seasons does not bode well.
Prediction: #3: 13-3, 2nd round loss
American Terrorists -Season 25 WL: after a Season 24 Conference win, 2-14 in the WL. I will
probably catch hell, but they will be fighting for the Conference.
Prediction: #4, 12-4
Tulsa Storm -Season 25 US Pro team: 11-5, it's a pretty good season for most, but the gold
has eluded the Storm much longer than they like. They will probably crack the top 4, but
history may be repeating itself.
Prediction: #5, 11-5
SOUTH GEORGIA GROWL -Season 25 US Pro team: one of several 12-4 teams last season,
Monmouth did the dirty Monkey on the GROWL in the 1st round. Could be they have a few
surprises in store, but making the Playoffs will be their 1st hurdle.
Prediction: #6: 9-7
Stormwind City Gryphons -Season 25 US Pro team: 10-6 was a good season to build off of,
but Chicago's D ground the Gryphons and put them in the rearview mirror.
Prediction: #7, 9-7
Arkham Asylum Jokers -Season 25 US Pro team: Just missed the playoffs on a 7-9 Season.
They have some improving players, so I expect them to make a run into the post season...
from there, who knows...maybe a BortCo's post season sim Cinderella.
Prediction: #8, 8-8, 2nd round loss
Happy Valley Whiteout -: a successful 15-1 season fell to the way side in the 2nd round.
The tools & talent to take them over some of the veteran teams.
Prediction: #9, 8-8
Detroit Mission Stars -: knocked out of the playoffs last season in the 1st round after a
10-6 season. This is one team that could be an up and comer.
Prediction: #10, 8-8
Sin City Spoilers -Season 25 US Pro team: 8-8 & the pleasure of facing Vancouver in the 1st
round. I think a couple new teams will have a shot at a few upsets on them, but they can
still fight into a slot.
Prediction: #11, 7-9
Covington Black Knights -Season 25 US Pro team: 6-10 with a few close losses (and a few
close wins). They will be striving to make the playoffs this season, but I suspect them
to fall a win or two short.
Prediction: #12, 6-10
Canton Bulldogs -Season 25 US Pro team: 6-10 and not a Cup in sight. enuff said.
Prediction: #13, 5-11
Inner City Fieldsmiths -Season 25 US Pro team: 4-12, new season...same boat.
Prediction: #14, 3-13
Bay Area Bombers -Season 25 US Pro team: The Bombers have struggled to get off the ground
of USA Pro, 3-13 does not get it done. They may get the better of a few of the new teams,
but overall I am not sure if they have the firepower to get the Wins they really need.

Michigan Mutants -Season 25 US Pro team: 4-12...well, some fresh meat visiting Michigan
may be hitting the casinos.
