They need to have Scrims on Demand be marked with a D

We separate Tournament games from Ranked games, we should also distinguish the Scrims on Demand, and the Private ones.

Private are already distinguished by being in italics. Scrims on demand are automatically ranked scrims. Not sure the need for this.
