For instance, if I have spots open, and want specific archetypes, say a pocket passer, or possession WR, or blocking TE, or man specialist DB, I don't want to log in and find that I ended up with a scrambler, or another speedster, or receiving TE, or zone DB (since zone still doesn't work in casual). etc etc etc

+1 but an argument can be made that if you want the system to be a competent recruiter for you.. you might as well hire a actual recruiter or put the effort into it like everyone else does.
