agi is also your key for sliding around the pocket, not getting sacked, being in position to make an accurate throw, etc
thats why i say never is enough, but really thats just because almost everyone in GLB seems to
underestimate the importance of agility on a QB...

a QB should at least have agility equal to the big oafs chasing him
low 80s is a reasonable end goal imo

Based on what.. What are you suggesting is lowered on builds to get 80 agility.

Reasonable for a dt or lb to have low 80s agility pass rushing DE/blitzing LB may or probably should have higher unless they built a power blitzer! Does make sense that you be able to move at least as well as them

My qb has agility over 70 and he just doesn't get sacked anymore. He slides around in the pocket and stands in there and let's it rip

but, y does your pocket passer get sacked 30 times a season, and
have a 50% completion rate? yr scrambler (who must have over 70 agi)
has better passing stats than your pocket passer does...

Simple, because my pocket passer has been in elite conference with a bad O-line. My pocket passer has 70 agility, my scrambler has 86. Scramblers aren't asked to throw long late to try and catch up either, which leads to far more sacks.

He's a scrambler , if he is getting sacked, he's being used wrong.

Even when he stays in the pocket he slides around in the pocket well

drew brees is a scrambler
doug flutie was a scrambler
john elway a scrambler
steve young, a scrambler too

my point is
scrambler DOES NOT MEAN RUNNING QB
sure its the best arch for a running QB.
but not one and the same.

there is a reason scramblers get primary in
throwing
vision
agility
to pass the ball...
somebody needed to say it
much misunderstandings about this in GLB
