Last year my DE did pretty well, this year he hasn't gotten a sack this season playing the LE.

Strength: 51.63-----------Blocking: 16.97
Speed: 49.5------------Tackling: 33.72
Agility: 45.3------------Throwing: 7
Jumping: 15.8------------Catching: 7.65
Stamina: 44.25-----------Carrying: 8
Vision: 31.11-----------Kicking: 8
Confidence: 19.48-----------Punting: 7

Containment - 0 0 0 0 0
Pass Rusher - 3 2 3 2 3

What am I doing wrong?

Your skills are good. Stamina is a little high, but that's not a big deal. I think the opposing tackles have closed the gap. To swing the advantage back in your favor I'd start pumping points into Specials. My personal favorite is first step, but most on this board favor shed block. Most of your skills are higher then mine. The ones that aren't higher are very close to mine. The only real difference is Special Abilities.

It also might not be your fault. Some things I've seen are that you rush the passer more in man coverage then zone since sometimes in zone you go out in coverage. It also helps if your NT has the Line General special pretty high. Being on a good defense helps too.

Talk to your teammates. Don't tell them how to build their player. Just politely influence some things like the Glare, Snarl, and Defense General. Your very close.

I have an almost identical build sans some of the stamina and I'm feeling the pain as well.

wow, you are really pathetic. didn't someone point out in another thread that most of your stats came in games where you SEVERELY outmatched the OT you were facing.

Your a joke, have fun padding your stats vs gutted teams and begging for change because you can't afford to boost.

Western Europe pro is one of, if not, the best league in this game.

guys agility is more important than speed when pass rushing. its not just about running in a straight line to the qb, its about getting around the Tackles.

Get STR closer to 60, Agi 55+ and train blocking. Put more points into SA as well.

derenzy, you are being a complete tool and offering nothing to this discussion.

Wildcat: You have too much in tackling and stamina. You really should only have enough tackling to make it so that you don't miss tackles. I find that in the mid to high twenties for a level 20+ is plenty. The same goes for stamina. You should only have as much stamina as you need. Since anything but relaxed training costs way too much, you only need enough stamina to leave you around 70 energy at the end of a game.

Hope that helps.
