Unfortunately he's not going to be elite. In order to pursue a WL quality build you need to push attributes to a higher natural total before moving on to something else. Usually you'll take the first attribute to 77, 80, or 83 and then take the next two or three to 83 as well. You should also be using four-way multi-training with 10% to 30% training enhancement on those attributes. Currently your highest attribute is only at 84 natural, which some free safeties will reach by the end of their first season. Your dot is well-rounded, but while that helps his performance in the short-term it does hurt him over the long-term. I would also recommend ignoring interception chance AEQ since interceptions seem to be freak events in the current sim. Meanwhile make tackle AEQ is pretty important.
