i reccomend this because my brother has gotten kicked for having "2" accounts which one of them was mine so why kick someone intrested in the game when they have someone else sharing the same household. There is no way around it except for making the new rule to be email address. My brother has had the accounts ryanlion44 and ryanl10n because he really wanted to play after i showed him how much fun the game is. so just so people get the idea what if bort had someone living in his house and played then should he be kicked no because bort is the admin so he wouldnt kick hom for liking the game so why kick my brother who also likes the game.

my brother said that he would prefer to have ryanlion44 back when you change the rule

If you explain the situation to Support beforehand, they are usually pretty reasonable and allow two accounts per IP address. Although, there seems to be a few questions that arise from your story.

The email address idea wouldn't work as people have multiple addresses and can create free ones at will.

Yeah, because it isn't tough to make new email addresses.

Support: you are banned.
Multi: no, my friends and I all just decided to get numerically incremented email addresses with the same prefix name.
Support: oh, okay.

One way to get around all three problems (email, IP address, and multiple accounts) is by keeping a credit/debit card or PayPal profile on file. Since the info has to be verified and authorized, this would link a name to each account regardless of a shared IP address.

Using another person's card or PayPal without expressed permission is a criminal act. That should be a sufficient deterrent since taking such a risk over a recreational game is just plain stupid.

I would think that most of us who play GLB shell out the money to boost or create additional dots, so I think it's pretty likely that most users have made at least one purchase, if not more.

It might turn away new users though who want to try out the game but are wary of an unknown (to them) website asking for a paypal account when its supposedly "free" to play.

Please note that support has access to log-in/access times, etc. that are taken into account when banning what appears to be a multi-account. If the account was wrongly banned, your brother can and should contact support at support@goallineblitz.com and they will review the situation.
