For many teams it is hard to get players to change up tactics and Post Set before games. As an owner I'd like to be able to change the overall Run/Balanced/Pass setting on team players. Might be some that would like to be able to change other tactics as well?

If you want to control the all player tactics on your team... then create a team with your own dots.

I understand your point - add that some teams have very high response rates from their players when they request tactics changes before games so why lose that advantage. I'm not expecting to get everyone to support this idea I'd gladly settle for having the Run/Balance/Pass setting be able to change. You can keep the rest of the tactics. Some times I have a change of heart at the last possible moment in game planning for a game and decide to run more or pass more than I called for in the team forum. I can't expect players to respond instantly to a change in tactics.

For one thing it would be a slippery slope where Owners will start demanding control over the rest of the tactics over time. Then possibly start demanding what equipment a player dot uses (using the excuse that the team usually supplies equipment to NFL teams. Then more and more concessions.

Secondly, the majority of GLB users own dots and not teams. Other than builds, player tactics are the only part of the game they have some control over. And there's already teams that will cut a dot that's not building towards a team plan.

Still at -1 here. I understand your point of an Owner wanting to coordinate efforts but at the same time I view agent's rights to control their dots more important as that is the real majority of the users.

-1000 and should be locked as per the NGTH list. Owners' controlling individual tactics is NGTH. We still have to argue about it when owners want to see the tactics, but owners' setting them is on the NGTH list.

I missed it - let's discuss anyway I'll be honest with it - at the beginning of each season I create a "post here" thread for tactics. Some seasons I had less than 10 players post in that thread. Given that I create a Defense Tactics and Offense Tactics thread and ask each player to post ONCE that they have set tactics and then I do not ask them to change them up because it would be a waste of my time. Now - since players do not want to ever change them up all I ask is that I would like the power to do it for them with this one tactic. I'll live with never asking twice to change any other tactic. I've had players on a lot of teams in my time in this game so don't even go there that all your players aways post - that is a crock and you know it. I'd bet the overall percentage in GLB for such posting is below 50%
