I think they just need to emphasize the RPP that has never been implemented. You run the same screen 10 times defenses will start picking them up after a few times in RL

agreed the RPP penalty would solve a lot of issues. Though there are so many screens available I could call a lot of screens and never hit the RPP. But since some are better than others and teams like to zero in on a few. It would make it a little more difficult.
