I sent a scrim offer to Death City Reapers. It was rejected. After that, the owner in turn sent a scrim offer for his prep league team to play the Vikings.

I did the rankings for EEPL I scout each team and grade their play and I also take into account all ranked scrimss and league games I also look at how and if they used game bonuses turnovers etc basically I spend an entire day or 2 scouting and grading each EEPL team
