From what I understand, you'll want to have blocking as your primary stat, then str/agil split as secondary... vision and speed as third... OT needs to be really balanced out, or so I've read

(... but question is: when do you want this guy to be "ready for work"? If you plan to play well pretty soon, you'd better balance out right from the start. Otherwise, get a attribute to 48 and let it grow)
