4 Silver and 2 copper IMO

Will the CPUs get filled? The CPU teams will be sold to wait listers as usual. If there's too many CPU's when we're done (meaning not enough coppers to promote), we will kill off some silver leagues next season to condense

He may need to take a look at Pee Wee a little more often. What list is he talking about I don't think there has been a wait of more then 5 minutes to buy a Pee Wee Team since Rookie League started.

This was back in S17 but seems to me that there hasn't been any change to any leagues in Pee Wee (May have been changes, idk I left after season 17)

Hey... I just had a thought. With the fixed rate of xp what is the need to not allow signing players that have xp anymore? They could just restrict it so its whatever the current days max is at or some such, ya?

I'd vote 2 Silver, 4-8 Copper. Keep the tier system.

I like the idea of a Gold, Elite, and the rest of the leagues are as needed.
I also like the idea of having no Gold/Silver/Copper at all and just plain leagues.

I don't know how anyone can seriously expect change whilst owners are merrily boosting their peewee teams at increasingly early stages of the season.

This has little to do with flex and most to do with contracting leagues to become competitive. Used to be plenty of interest in pee wee but there jsut isn't anymore. It shouldn't take a game wide vote to realize that pee wee leagues can and should be structured like every other level of play. Elite(gold), Competitive (a few silvers), everything else (copper?)

I think the admins dont want to cut down the number of teams as much as you say just incase an influx of pee-wee owners happens. Thus I would suggest...

1 Gold
4 Silver
8 Copper

This basically cuts the number of Silver leagues in half. But for Silver to truely be mid-level, promotions/demotions to/from Silver & Copper need to start. This way, uncompetitive teams get demoted from Silver to Copper to make room for more competitive teams at the Silver level.

Work it like this...

Gold/Silver:
Since you only have 4 Silver leagues, both teams that make it to the championship game get promoted to Gold. Demotions also work out better as each Silver conference gets one demoted Gold team and that makes things more even through out the leagues.

Silver/Copper:
Option #1 If you keep the per conference demotion numbers the same as Gold, then you have to demote 4 teams from each Silver conference, so 8 teams per league, so 32 total teams. Since Copper has 8 leagues, that means you need to promote 4 teams from each league, so basically each team that makes it to the conference title game gets promoted to Silver. This does make sure that the Silver leagues are a true mid-level league. However, that is a lot of promotions/demotions and not sure if the admins want that many.
Option #2 Demote only 4 teams from each Silver league. Don't worry about conference standings, just demoted the bottom 4 teams from the whole league. That cuts the number of demotions from Silver to Copper in half, so only 16 teams. Thus you only have to promote the 2 teams that make it to the championship game in each Copper league. While it might take longer for good teams to get promoted to Silver or bad teams to get demoted, it still keeps the Silver leagues as the mid-level Pee-Wee leagues. It also keeps the same promotion criteria as going from Silver to Gold, meaning you have to make it to the championship game to get promoted to the next level.

Thoughts?

LE's post has been summed up with so many options for them to choose from it seems just damn lazy for them not to do anything

i would say option 2 because i dont think there will be 4 teams to promote from each copper league that is human lol i think we will still be struggling to fill 4 silver leagues tbh...

seems to be about right, all they need to do is cut the silver leagues in half and i really dont see how that is sucha bad thing? especially one that would make them take this long to act or just not respond entirely, i mean has anyone actually got any kind of response from the admins?

Pee Wee died the day they started with rookie league. No longer agents and team owners have to buy a Pee Wee team or start there players off in Pee Wee. Now all they have to do is request a demotion to rookie league and start over. So there is no reason for agents to buy or use Pee Wee for there new players. Now what we are left with is the people that only play Pee Wee. And im sure those numbers will only go down from here.
