Warrior General Games

Looking for a few teams. I let teams go due to no competitiveness or talent. I don't mean to sound like a jerk or too proud, but I wanna win and I'm not going to coach teams who don't want to win. I am putting up the requirements and this time I won't be as generous as I was.

Requirements:

1. Be competitive
2. Championship level talent
3. On your way to the playoffs
4. Strong Run game
5. NO OUTSIDE CHANGES TO MY OAI! I don't care who you are, even if you are the Owner. You will not make changes.
6. I don't take kindly to agents and staff telling me how I should run my offense. I will take advice, but I will not listen to agents whining and crying about not getting the ball enough. Also, staff who seem to think they know more than me and the offense (which I created and have used since season 14) and telling what I should and should not do.

Now on 5 & 6 I will issue a warning to tell allow them to fix their issue. 2nd time I will drop the team and will ask for a message apologizing and explaining why you felt you should break that requirement. I will then decide if it's worth it to sign back on. 3rd time I just leave and will not return.

We fired him after 1 game. He literally ran the ball with 1 of our 3 HB's 47 times. some offense,lol. I wouldn't hire him to clean my dots let alone run them again. No offense,lol.

He is a winner alright.

To bad he doesn't know how to win.

He looks good, he won league titles for copper, minors and regional pro.

This guy OCs every one of my teams. he's the best.
