He seems pretty spot on for most WL WR builds I've seen, though speed should be taken a little higher initially

It's hard to rate a player this young, however I will try.

I'd start with the speed VA over the agility VA but hopefully you're planning on taking agility to the top rung of the ladder.

I wouldn't focus too much on other people's math. You can still make this a World-League-caliber player going the route you're going, but don't place early skill points on SAs yet.

speed is quite low compared to most WR's though
