We have an existing AI for offense and defense that was top 5 in both in season 23 rookie before reloading. We now have a full roster with some good agents and a good network around them. I would like to talk to some people who are interested in making a smooth transition between this season and next. I am not looking for just anybody. Experience is required but the level of experience is up for negotiation. We have good, experienced agents and I have no problem training OC/DC if their personality is a good fit. The ideal candidates are active and enjoy forum banter. I am not looking for silent coordinators that have shaky communication skills.
I'm willing to talk to anybody but I hired and fired an OC this season because I just didn't feel there was good management chemistry so I want to be more selective this time around. As an owner I am not a control freak and will give lots of leeway to coordinators if there is communication. When it comes to recruiting I am a big fan of the philosophy of "if you don't let the chef buy the groceries, don't expect much out of the food". Mostly my job is to make sure agents with dots on my team are not wasting their money as they are paying for fun.
