Unfortunately, we had to split ways with our current DC because time became an issue for him, but we currently looking for an experienced defensive coordinator who really knows his x's and o's. You don't have to be crazy good, just someone decent enough that wants to win 
Responsibilities include taking care of the defensive depth chart, contacting the agents about any concerns, and posting a game-plan before each game in the threads. Basically have all the power to the defense and signing privileges.
