Hey so i just bought this team and am in the recruiting process and need some help all around since Im by myslef right now..
I have owned teams in the past and have a good basic knowledge of keeping a team going, especially casual.
PM me if you need a more detailed description or have any questions on what you will be doing.
Here are the positions I am willing to hire:
Head Coach: someone who is willing to really help a team long term and to assist me with all aspects.
Offensive Coordinator: help me with offensive strategies, set tactics, can have own playbook and recommended players to join/play, ect.
Defensive Coordinator: help run the defense with almost full control of type of d based on team, can recommend players, set tactics, ect.
Chief Financial Officer: I still need help on certain aspects of what to buy and the best way to increase income and what not, may also have other roles with the team if you choose.
Assistant OC/DC: If the head coordinator requests one.
1 Recruit: If anyone likes to recruit I still need help for this season and may have more roles during the season if you choose.
2 Scouts: 1 for offensive, 1 for defense, unless someone wants to do it all.
1-10 GMs: Will accept anyone who promises to be active and help the team in any way at all.
