Preseason Analysis
Alpha
Alpha is full of competition once again, the teams that have come up have improved the conference, not made it weaker. Why do I think Banzai is stronger this season than Indy who made the conference Championship? At the moment, depth, although Indy’s Speed Back doesn’t hurt their chances to repeat.
Near the top, I’d say perhaps the top 6, maybe even 7, the competition should be expected to fierce, beyond that, (even at #’s 6 and 7) I think we should all expect to see the middle of the road challengers as usual.
Zeta
GCV is the favorite and the 2nd place team imo, isn’t even close. There’s a lot of teams down there that have improved drastically. Perhaps for the first time in a long time, I think Zeta could be the stronger Conference, if not, they’re at least equally strong. Teams like South Bend, Razorback Nation, & Amsterdam Bulls (teams who were here last season) could find themselves moving up the ranks quite quickly. The bottom half of Zeta, is probably exactly what it was last season, nothing to lose sleep over. But you’re all welcome to prove me wrong.
Weakest link is Alpha: Brantford Promnight Dumpster Babies
Weakest link is Zeta: Diamond Valley Devil Drivers
