I have owned this team for over 5 seasons we have made it to post season 3 times.Only to lose the first in the first round. I need a coaching regime, that can take us too the ultimate goal, a TROPHY, I have yet to find an off or def coord, as well as HC and Co Owner that has done what they say they can or hold up to their word. I have 1 more season remaining. I would really like to get a great coaching corp. in here that knows what they are doing. As I said this is my last season and would like to go out with some dignity. Please message me ASAP if you CAN coord this team to its highest pinnacle, a Championship... I will also need a recruiter that can successfully recruit players with the right builds and levels. Most of the players are on roster already just need to be re-signed, this way you can keep who you want, and rid the ones you do not. Please consider me for this last season. Thanks in advance
I am a Cowboys fan.. it is in my blood, I have a feeling that I have hired players that do not like the cowboys and in return ruined a few seasons. Please do not respond if this is what you plan to do, I want a Championship and I want my players and coaches to have one as well.
