Have never built a power back or anyone who'd use power through, so have never really followed how it works. Is it tied to the running slider like spin is? I.e. the more power running style you have, the bigger boost it gets?

I was guessing it wasn't, and just str/size had an effect on its value, but was curious to see for sure.

When it's talking about size, it's referring to the fact that larger players just tend to have better break tackle rolls in general, which is amplified by Power Through.

From the most recent Q & A... rather vague. But it's all I've really ever heard from Bort and co. about it, and I don't think anyones really bothered to test it or see the difference.
It honestly looks like Bort is saying that the Size really has no bearing on the strength of the SA, but it's more of a general reference to size offering a general boost to a dots general ability to tackle breaking.
