I saw Menanimo (sp?) post on a forum the other day, what a blast from the past! His DE's on the Ballers were seasons ahead of everything else back then.

We were only in WEPL for about 3 seasons the first time, but we had 8 seasons in WEAAA#2 before that, and had some great rivalries going on there.

Normandy Invasion, Glasgow Coloured Trombones, West Wales Warriors, Bath Killer Bees, UK Patriots, Cardiff Bluebirds they're just the ones I can remember off the top of my head. Some really good teams in that division back in the day.

Football Forum Fighting Danes are pretty much Valhalla Fighting Danes now? (I think)
We always approved of their Bloodbowl vibe.

I remember Brussels Cows, PPP Longnecks and Stockholm Meatballs had some kinda trophy they would play each other for every season? really nice guys.

Rivals Maimboard Pimps were great for the forums imo - not quite trolling but always provoking thread explosions.



Remember the Berlin Ballers aswell , as Arya said - amazing Dline. That prick Magnus wrecked us on many an occasion.

Hell yeah I remember Grass Roots vs Ice and Fire. That was some good stuff. Normandy too, thanks for reminding me of them. They kicked my ass too many times. And yeah Berlin's d-line.. I'm pretty sure the top 3 sackers in our league were on that team LOL

For Portland coming up back in AAA it was Football Forum Fighting Danes, Greenwood Alleycats, Dinas Mawddwwy Bandits, and the Bonn Dynamo beat us up a few seasons, I remember all the teams aforementioned but they were in Zeta and we didnt really play that often.

Nobody remembers Whitechapel Rippers? We were only around a couple/few seasons in AAA, but did ok against some teams.
