Hey guys,

i will volunteer to teach couple of guys (5 guys total) how to OC a team. I´m experienced with the OCing aspect and want to give some experiences to other guys, so you guys and the whole GLB game can benefit from more teached OCs. Have a privat forum where the sessions will be held.

You will go through:

-couple of basics and the creation of a OAI from day 1-15
-day 15-20 will be all about the creation of packages and the right fit for certain situations
-day 20-25 will be all about Quarter specifics
-day 25-35 will be a small test and give you guys a messed OAI (really messed up with inputs and outputs, missed percentages).

If you pass the test, i will give you couple 3 OAIs you can work with and wish you the best for your OC career. My goal is it to make GLB more fun with more quality OCs.

Season 23 is almost over and S24 is in the making. I will finish all aspects with my current group in the T-OC-School from day 42-day0 (S24)

i will again volunteer to teach couple of guys (5 guys total) how to OC a team. I´m experienced with the OCing aspect and want to give some experiences to other guys, so you guys and the whole GLB game can benefit from more teached OCs. Have a privat forum where the sessions will be held.

-couple of basics and the creation of a OAI from day 1-20 (Quarter general,specifics, "Clock Managing" aspect)
-day 20-25 will be all about the creation of packages and the right fit for certain situations
day 42- day 0 (S25)
- All about offensive scouting
-will be a small test and give you guys a messed OAI (really messed up with inputs and outputs, missed percentages).

If you pass the test, i will give you couple 3 OAIs you can work with and wish you the best for your OC career. My goal is it to make GLB more fun with more quality OCs. Stepped down from couple of my OC ´ed teams due to my busy time schedule.

And i want to thank my current class for having the patience to learn all season long from me.
