The Dragons are looking for an experienced OC. We have had very good defenses and having a DC on that side of the ball has helped us immensely. The offensive side of the ball has had talent but no OC. Our last two OCs went AWOL from the entire game, not just our team.
As OC, you would have full control over the depth chart and will gain the ability to sign, cut, and renegotiate as I gain trust. We have been a playoff team over the past two seasons and have no plans to change that trend. Our goal is to compete with the elite teams in the conference and get out of being the 3rd or 4th best team and strive towards winning playoff games.
