It depends on what you want him to do. What archtype do you want?

I am not sure vision needs to be that high, I would swap it with tackling in that plan. Otherwise it looks pretty solid.

Has vision been tested to see if it gives you a quicker jump on the ball snap and reading plays.

Edit: I know it makes you see plays quicker but is there a noticable difference from 60 and 70 on Vision.

yes it has been tested and the results are fairly non-conclusive. There is a difference from 60 to 70, but it is not worth it in my book. The only real argument for taking it to 70 is if you do not want to use JTS. My main concern is not that this dot's vision is too high, but rather the tackling too low. You are going to miss a lot of tackles if you only have 61ish end-build.

70 tackling end build is not enough. My DT had 70 some tackling last season in PRO and missed a fair bit of tackles playing on wrap-up. Had 145 STR if i remember correctly and that helps with tackle roll so I would recomend 80 tackling for any dot that is not a DB... assuming this does not interfere with your main build focus then u may get away with 70s TKL.

This is a DE not a DT and I've never seen another DT miss more tackles then he made.

Who cares if its a DE or DT? After looking over the roster, guys who have 70 tackling and no MT% gear miss =>10% of there attempts. Guys with closer to 80 or 70tkl wth MT% gear missed less than 10%. So for what its worth, u can either roll with MT gear or have 80 tackling to improve your mt roll. Depending on what u find acceptable for a make to miss ratio for your dot u can build him as u want.

I would say that the very low end is 68-70 tackling, and you will be missing tackles at that level (probably 20-25% of them). The reason you might do this is if the run game is not your primary purpose (i.e. you are a pass rusher). Obviously the more tackling the better, and you are going to need 78+ if you want to excel in the area.
