I know noone cares about this game between Also-Rans AP Warriors and Thetford Rednecks, but this was actually entertaining.
The winless Rednecks took advantage of favorable field position and a strong legged kicker to go into halftime leading the 2-4 Warriors 9-3.
The Warriors, obviously inspired by the halftime speech scored 10 points on the first two possessions of the 3rd quarter, and added a FG with 6 minutes left to play to take the lead 16-9.
With 2:12 left to play, the anemic Redneck offense (2 first downs in the 2nd half) got the ball at their own 42 yard line, and began their epic quest to end the 23 game losing streak.
Ten straight Rocky Ford passes later, the Rednecks found themselves with a 4th and 10 just 32 yards from Glory, and 1:26 to find it.
