If you guys are interested, we have scouting and recruiting positions open. Our team is one of the best in its conference and we have a pretty solid roster, not to mention a very active owner that does a lot of the work for the team (me).
SCOUTS
The scouts for us look at the scouting reports for the other team, break down the data, and send me an analysis of the team. Not too much work, maybe 15-30 minutes for each game, maybe even less.
RECRUITERS
The recruiters, all they have to do is find players for me, maybe let them know we're interested and a detailed PM is on the way from the owner. Depending on how much I like you as a recruiter, I may let you do all the pitches for the recruits if you agree to it. Again, not much work. I expect a PM or two every offseason detailing all the recruits you found for the positions we need or would like to upgrade.
If you slack off, I'll fire your ass, so inactive agents who don't do shit need not apply. I can very well do this all myself, but it'd be nice to have some help. I want people who are relatively experienced, dedicated, and trustworthy. PM me if you're interested.
